What is special in our way of work

Our philosophy is "Prevention before cure". What does that mean?
We provide preliminary advice, prepare contracts and make plans in order to prevent lawsuits or imposition of fines. If these occur, they may be resolved swiftly and with minor costs for the company. Unlike what we might call curative tactics, when a lawyer is hired only after problems had already appeared (somebody is suing you or refuses to pay, an inspection poses a fine etc.), our approach is more cost-efficient for the company and allows the director to focus on the growth of the company with far less stress rather than dealing with the above problems. Our cooperation with companies is thus long-term, and we become good friends with many clients and work together through good and bad.

We are not an office for everyone

Our time is limited and we wish to cooperate with companies which employ positive people who want to venture into new business, expand it, change and improve the business environment ... We thus reserve the right to decline cooperation with companies and individuals with whom we do not share similar values and thus save our time for those who want to make a change.

We particularly cooperate with advance-thinking, innovative and visionary companies, and provide them with legal and tax advice. We wish to be an important part of a company and prevent legal barriers on its route to success.

With clients, we build long-term relationships and mutual success. We believe that with our work, ideas and care for the best interests of our clients, we substantially contribute to their success and also enable them to sleep peacefully and carefree at night.
